Shop floor or operations experience would be an advantage

Job Role :

Consultant would be independently working on consulting assignments that revolves around operations improvement, profitability improvement, process re-engineering, digital transformation
Consultant would independently work on consulting engagements with the support of able senior consultants to start with.
However, he/she would deliver independently after initial settle down period.
Consultants would be encouraged to work on business development (to identify and bring new clients on board).
However, this is not an expectation in initial 2 years of association. Any contribution in this regard would be well appreciated and rewarded
