RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Land Liaisoning & Government Coordination
o Lead all liaisoning activities with government authorities, revenue departments, town planning offices, municipal bodies, and other regulatory agencies.
o Manage processes related to land acquisition, land records verification, mutation, demarcation, and title formalities.
o Ensure smooth coordination for land conversion, approvals, and related documentation.
o Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant officials and stakeholders.
2. Project Approvals & Compliance Management
o Oversee end-to-end project approval lifecycle including layout approvals, building plan sanctions, NOCs, environmental clearances, RERA registration, and other statutory obligations.
o Ensure continuous compliance with state and central real estate regulations, environmental norms, and municipal requirements.
o Monitor timelines for renewals, periodic submissions, reporting, and regulatory updates.
o Maintain a robust compliance tracker for all Indore-based projects.
3. Internal Coordination & Reporting
o Work closely with the Business Head and project teams to support planning, legal documentation, and compliance needs.
o Provide regular updates and reports to the Directors at Head Office on approvals, risks, and progress.
o Advise management proactively on regulatory changes, local land issues, and potential compliance risks.
o Coordinate with legal teams for verification of land documents, title reports, and regulatory certifications.
4. Stakeholder Management
o Serve as a key representative of the company with external authorities and regulatory stakeholders.
o Ensure the company’s interests are protected during negotiations, hearings, and discussions with government bodies.
Any other support required by the Senior Management from time to time.
· Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related fields preferred.
· 10–15 years of relevant experience in land liaisoning, real estate approvals, and project compliances.
· Strong network within local authorities and real estate regulatory bodies in Madhya Pradesh.
· Deep understanding of land laws, revenue processes, real estate regulations, and approval frameworks.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
· High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
· Strong documentation and tracking abilities; proficiency in MS Office.

1. Ability to navigate government systems, understand departmental structures, and maintain working relationships with key officials.
2. Strong understanding of land laws, revenue codes, development regulations, real estate compliance, RERA, planning norms, and approval processes.

4. Ability to influence, negotiate terms, and resolve issues diplomatically while safeguarding organizational interests.
5. Consistently develops trust-based relationships with officials, local bodies, and community stakeholders.
6. Capability to foresee risks, interpret regulatory challenges, and take timely decisions to keep project approvals on track.
7. Detail-oriented approach in managing records, approvals, and legal documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
