CANDIDATE PROFILE: -

Bachelors degree in Law (LLB or JD).

Admission to the Bar and active legal license in the relevant jurisdiction.

Proven experience (27 years) in real estate law, property conveyancing, or commercial transactions.

In-depth knowledge of property law, contract law, zoning regulations, and real estate finance.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases or transactions simultaneously.

Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
