Job Description

As a Retired Senior Legal Advisor / Retired Judge / Solicitor with an LLB or LLM degree and a minimum of 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for finalizing property documents for the redevelopment of housing societies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Drafting and finalizing consent letters, Memorandum of Understanding, and redevelopment agreements between developers and housing societies. - Drafting various letters and agreements for property deals. Thorough knowledge of Marathi is preferred for this role.
