Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our leadership team and provide

strategic legal guidance for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate law, compliance, litigation management, and contract negotiation, with at least 10 years of proven experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and strategic support directly to the Managing Director.

- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (JDA, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Construction

Contracts, Vendor Contracts).

- Ensure compliance with RERA, BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, SEBI, and other statutory requirements.

- Oversee land acquisition, title due diligence, approvals, and clearances.

- Handle litigations, arbitrations, and disputes.

- Liaise with external law firms and regulatory bodies.

- Anticipate legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Update management on legal developments and compliance.

- Train and mentor internal teams on legal best practices.

Requirements:

- LLB/LLM from a reputed institution.

- Minimum 10 years of real estate legal advisory experience.

- In-depth knowledge of property laws, RERA, company law, contract law, and land laws.

- Proven experience in title verification, litigation, arbitration, and government liaison.

- Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

- Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
