Marketing Manager

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new and ongoing residential and commercial projects. Plan and oversee project launches, events, digital campaigns, lead generation strategies, and brand initiatives. Lead the creation of marketing collateral brochures, flyers, videos, site branding, hoardings, etc. Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, website content, and performance marketing. Handle offline marketing such as print ads, FM radio, outdoor branding, and event sponsorships. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, project, CRM) and external vendors (agencies, printers, media partners). Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize for better ROI. Build and manage marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Study market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer behavior to fine-tune campaigns. Guide branding efforts to strengthen the companys image and market positioning. Generate reports and present campaign performance insights to the senior leadership. Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing (residential/commercial projects). Proven experience with both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Strong knowledge of Bangalore's real estate landscape and customer segments. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors under tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or Real Estate Management. Experience in launching mid to large-scale residential projects in Bangalore. Familiarity with RERA-compliance in marketing communication.
