As a Senior Legal Advisor or Retired Judge with an LLB or LLM degree and a minimum of 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for finalizing property documents for the redevelopment of housing societies. This includes drafting consent letters, Memorandum of Understanding, redevelopment agreements between developers and housing societies, as well as other related agreements for property deals. Preference will be given to candidates with thorough knowledge of Marathi.
