Job Description

As a Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in High Rise Platinum Buildings/Construction Projects, your role will involve maintaining an up-to-date database of customers through Sales logging using the business's current call reporting system. You will need to keep a structured record of projects at all stages, including orders placed. Your communication and collaboration skills will be crucial as you will be required to work with all divisions within the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing a monthly report highlighting key activities, success, and market trends while outlining ongoing goals. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare project-wise sales reports every week to enhance efficiency in achieving targets. - Manage customer relationships effectively. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrate dedication to providing exceptional customer service. - Define marketing areas and strategies. - Meet sales targets regularly. - Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. - Approach and convince clients effectively. - Understand client requirements and provide necessary project details. - Participate in property exhibitions to generate inquiries from the database.
