1. Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  
• Set short-term and long-term sales goals aligned with company objectives.
  

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
  
• Allocate sales targets, territories, and responsibilities among team members.
  

3. Client Relationship Management

• Manage high-value negotiations and close major deals.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
  

4. Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and project leads.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and events that drive sales.
  
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  

5. Project Coordination

• Work closely with project, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes from booking to Agreements.
  

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve sales conversions and profitability.
  

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to all real estate laws.
  
• Oversee accurate documentation, contracts, and payment collections.
  

8. Customer Experience

• Promote a customer-centric approach across the sales team.
  
• Implement post-sale follow-ups and maintain long-term client engagement.
