Roles and Responsibility

looking for a candidate who can lead team and do strategic planning, acquisition, development, and management of the companys real estate portfolio. This executive role is responsible for driving growth through effective real estate investments, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s real estate strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new investment, acquisition, and development opportunities.
  • Lead long-term planning for property portfolio expansion, redevelopment, and optimization.
  • Advise executive leadership on market trends, risks, and opportunities.

Acquisition and Development

  • Oversee site selection, due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for new projects.
  • Negotiate acquisitions, leases, and partnership agreements to maximize returns.
  • Manage project development from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Asset and Portfolio Management

  • Direct the performance of owned and leased assets to achieve targeted financial outcomes.
  • Implement asset management strategies to enhance property value and operational efficiency.
  • Review financial models, budgets, and forecasts to ensure strong portfolio performance.

Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage the real estate department’s annual budget and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on transactions, compliance, and risk management.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the real estate and project management teams.
  • Foster a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and government agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, investment, or asset management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale real estate transactions and development projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in valuation, investment analysis, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use development.
  • Deep knowledge of market research, zoning laws, and property regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency with real estate financial modelling tools and software.
