Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Real Estate located in Noida. The Vice President of Real Estate will be responsible for managing and overseeing high-value transactions, providing strategic investment guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing commercial real estate portfolios. The role involves collaborating with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to execute and deliver exceptional real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Investments
• Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions
• Strong Due Diligence skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site at the Noida headquarters
• Experience in the real estate industry is a must
• Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
