Role Overview:

A Java/J2EE Full Stack Developer is responsible for the design, development, integrating and maintenance of both front end and back end components of Software applications using Java and related technologies. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and the ability to work across various layers of an application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable and secure applications using Java/J2EE and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Framework).
• API Development: Building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating various components of the application.
• Develop Microservices systems with Spring boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring security
• Frontend Development: Create and maintain user interfaces using front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure responsiveness and cross browser compatibility.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage database schemas and data access layers for both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Write complex queries and ensure data integrity.
• System Integration: Integrate Software applications with various internal and external systems, including third party APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Cloud & DevOps: Working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java (OOPS, SOLID, Collections, Stream API, Multithreading, Java 8+ features), J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Microservices systems with Spring boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring security.
• Architectural Understanding: Knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design principles.
• Web Services: RESTful APIs, SOAP. API designing, API authentication, postman, swagger.
• Front end Technologies: User interface development using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular, potentially interacting with Java based back ends.
• Database Skills: SQL and Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MongoDB), Potentially NoSQL databases and ORMs (e.g., JPA, Hibernate).
• API Design: Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Asynchronous Event driven architectures using Apache Kafka / RabitMQ
• Tools & Technologies: Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Selenium).

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of the telecom OSS (Operational Support Systems) domain.
