Job Title: RBM Config Specialist Exp: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore- Willing to go Onsite Qatar Immediate Joiners Experience Required:  5+ years of experience in RBM configuration and implementation, on NetCracker's BSS suite Key Responsibilities:  Configure and customize various RBM modules, such as Billing, Rating, and Customer Management, to meet specific client requirements.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of RBM solutions.  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RBM configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.  Document configuration processes, changes, and best practices to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.  Manage B2B customer accounts, ensuring their billing and revenue management needs are met efficiently. Skills and Qualifications:  Proficiency in RBM configuration tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of NetCracker's RBM modules.  In-depth knowledge of billing and revenue management processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues.  Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications:  Certification in RBM or related technologies.  Experience with NetCracker products and solutions, particularly in a B2B context.  Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for billing and revenue management.
