Job Title: Senior Java Developer  

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Skills: Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, CI/CD Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, SQL, and a solid understanding of key Agile concepts.  

Role Expectations: 

- Demonstrate a willingness to take on challenging and mission-critical tasks that are varied and complex.  

- Exhibit advanced capabilities and specialized skills while completing tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.  

- Adapt procedures, techniques, tools, and materials with minimal support from leads, contributing to process improvements.  

- Take ownership of both personal and team members' tasks.  

- Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, allowing for prompt and professional interaction across teams.  

- Envision system features and functionality.  

- Mentor team members.  

- Independently create detailed design documentation.  

- Produce a code quality matrix and present it to the team.  

- Contribute to organizational activities and the recruitment process.  

- Provide accurate task analysis and estimations.  

- Exhibit expertise in CI/CD practices.  

- Be ready to assume lead responsibilities in the absence of the lead.  

- Manage documents effectively using tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
