Job Title: Game Developer  

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Skills:

- Strong experience in C++ (modern C++17 or later) and DirectX (9/11/12) in game development.

- Significant experience in C++ and JavaScript (minimum 2 years in both).

- Proven experience in porting or integrating games across different frameworks or platforms.

- Some familiarity with JavaScript (ES6+) since certain game logic will remain implemented in JS.

- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize workload.

- Good communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

- Experience with source control (Git preferred).

- Experience in writing and maintaining unit tests.

Role Expectations:

- Port existing mobile games written in JavaScript to the Apollo framework (C++/DirectX).

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration of JavaScript components into the C++ framework.

- Develop and maintain C++/DirectX-based systems to support retail games.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C++ code.

- Implement unit tests and perform regular code reviews to maintain code quality.

- Debug and resolve technical issues across both C++ and JavaScript components.

- Work cross-functionally with art, design, project management, and testing teams to deliver games on schedule.

- Identify problems and create innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Beneficial Experience:

- Experience in the iGaming or broader gaming industry.

- Familiarity with mobile and web-based game development.

- Knowledge of additional development languages.

- Experience with automated testing.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Relevant qualifications in computer science, game development, or a related field.
