Role Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives from our Noida office. As a full-time, on-site role, responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, leading a team to achieve sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional tasks involve fostering relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving high performance in IT-related sales efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Sales and a strong understanding of technology-driven solutions
Expertise in Lead Generation and developing strategies to optimize and convert leads effectively
Proficient in Account Management, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction
Knowledge of Information Technology solutions, trends, and industry standards
Strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
Prior experience in enterprise or SaaS sales is preferred
