Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector.

• Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to develop effective strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in IT services or a similar domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of converting leads into clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work full-time from the office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years in IT sales or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
