We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior IT Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in IT hardware, software, and hybrid infrastructure solutions & services. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of industry experience, a strong network of enterprise clients, and a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets. Experience: 10+ years in IT Hardware, Software & Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Sales & Services Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Location-Mumbai Qualifications IT Sales Management skills Experience in Lead Generation and Information Technology Proven track record in Sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field Certifications in Sales or IT Management are a plus Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in IT hardware and software solutions. Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners to offer comprehensive IT solutions. Lead and manage the sales to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in areas such as networking, storage, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Keep track of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through excellent service. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on hardware (servers, storage, networking) and software solutions (Hybrid cloud, security, enterprise applications). Strong relationships with key enterprise clients and channel partners. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in handling large deals, RFPs, and enterprise account management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills Experience in selling IT solutions in BFSI, Media, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail. Understanding of Hybrid cloud computing, AI-driven solutions, and managed services. Ability to leverage CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
