Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills
Coordinate interview schedules and assist in offer negotiationsMaintain an active candidate pipeline and manage the recruitment processStay updated on tech industry trends to identify the best talentWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical RecruiterFamiliarity with IT terminology and job roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity experts)Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical candidatesExperience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting toolsOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
