About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Senior IT Recruiter to join our team under an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model. In this role, you will be stationed at our clients location and act as a key liaison between the client and our internal recruitment team. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal recruitment team.

2. Understand client requirements thoroughly and communicate clear, detailed briefs to the sourcing team.

3. Coordinate the overall hiring process, ensuring timely feedback and updates between all stakeholders.

4. Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and communication to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

5. Monitor progress on open positions, track recruitment metrics, and report status updates to the client.

6. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.

7. This role does not require you to source candidates directly, as you will receive dedicated sourcing support from our recruitment team.
