Job Description

(Onsite hiring experience is Must, preferably Europe), should be ready to work in 12:30 to 9:30 pm Shift. Job Location: Airoli (Hybrid).


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Lead recruitment processes from project intake to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, managing expectations, providing market insights, and ensuring alignment between hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:

  • Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques, online platforms, and proactive talent outreach. Streamline sourcing efforts to focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Market Mapping and Insights:

  • Conduct market mapping exercises to provide business leaders with valuable insights into talent availability, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analytics:

  • Deliver weekly progress reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and project status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives:

  • Participate in employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Internal Projects and Collaboration:

  • Contribute to internal organizational projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing employee engagement, or fostering innovation.

We are looking for you, if:

  • you have around 3 years’ experience in technical sourcing in Onsite Hiring,

    (Onsite hiring experience is Must, preferably Europe), should be ready to work in 12:30 to 9:30 pm Shift. Job Location: Airoli.

  • You have experience in stakeholder relationships management
  • You have the ability to build business case based on data.
  • you have strong expertise in basic and advanced sourcing techniques especially in

    IT skills,

  • you are creative with the ability to think outside the box to uncover hidden talent,
  • you have the ability to

    build your own network of technology candidates, through LinkedIn network to stay in touch with these excellent candidates,

  • if you are

    proactive and problem solving, and you possess ability to take ownership of your own actions,

  • you have curiosity to explore, improve and learn new things.
