Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter with BDM Functions Location: Hitech city, Hyderabad Experience: 3 to 4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and driven US Bench Sales Recruiter with added responsibilities in Business Development to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in marketing bench consultants across various technologies and simultaneously focused on generating new business opportunities with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors in the US IT staffing market. Key Responsibilities: Bench Sales: Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, EAD, GC, USC, OPT) to new and existing clients/vendors. Regularly submit profiles to open requirements and follow up for interview feedback. Maintain relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and Tier-1 vendors. Prepare consultants for interviews and ensure smooth onboarding. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by connecting with direct clients, prime vendors, and MSPs. Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business. Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates with vendors and clients. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements effectively. Required Skills & Experience: 3–4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales , with at least 1–2 years in a client-facing or business development role . Deep understanding of US staffing processes , tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, etc.). Strong database of existing vendors, clients, and contacts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools. Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
