Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive (Generalist) with 3–6 years of experience to manage core HR functions and recruitment activities, with a specific focus on sourcing and hiring male candidates for relevant roles. The ideal candidate will handle the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, and support the organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process with focus on male candidate sourcing for field, technical, or labor-intensive roles.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
• Assist with performance management and exit formalities.
• Maintain HR MIS and records as per compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
• Strong exposure to recruitment, especially targeting male workforce roles.
• Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
