PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESTo be effectively prepared for each lesson plan i.e. read plans, attend curriculum related workshops and seek clarification, if necessary. Be aware of the objectives in the lesson plan and introduces accordingly. Be logical and clear in presentation of the introduction of lesson plan. Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the lesson plan.Integrates information from other areas within and outside the lesson plan and gives relevant examples, metaphors and analogies, use of creativity, humor and imagination to establish connections with students previous learning.Use of effective voice intonation to communicate and instructs using correct and appropriate language and grammar.Maintain eye contact and moves around the class with ease and interacts with students.Classroom arrangement should be appropriate to lesson plan goals. Primary Purpose: Maintain up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE board.Complete the entire syllabus of the designed batches well in time with full satisfaction of students.Conduct and organize the learning process/session in classroom.Proficient in teaching social scienceDeveloping questions for the purpose of assignments, practice questions, Test papersTreat children with dignity and respect.Be approachable to students and parentsPromote maximum student participation and assist students in analyzing and improving methods and habits of study.Monitor students progress constantly and adjust the pace of work accordingly.Ensure that all children pay attention to the Lesson plan delivered.Enforce regulations concerning the students conduct and discipline and maintain appropriate standards for student behavior in the classroom and in the school premises.Enhance and implement teaching methodologies such as hands on learning activities, games, classroom discussions, documentaries, movies and mind maps.Be responsible for the emotional and physical wellbeing of every child.Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of subject and ability to handle learners from middle school and secondary section.Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred. Candidates must have a clear understanding of teaching and learning needs of FoundationCourse students, who need to excel in School as well as Competitive Exams.Candidates with a habit of continuous self-learning will be preferred.Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills and MS office and IT Skills.
