Job Description

About the Role

This is a primarily office-based role, with an expectation of being present in the Bengaluru office three to four days a week.


Key Responsibilities

Field & Project Resource Management

  • Develop and implement a robust enumerator management process, integrating workflows across relevant verticals to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain and update a centralised enumerator database across projects.
  • Coordinate with field and research teams to ensure consistent and accurate records.
  • Manage insurance documentation and coordinate with relevant teams to track and maintain enumerator contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.


Facilities Management

  • Develop and implement processes for efficient management of facilities operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across locations.
  • Oversee pantry services, courier operations, and office supplies, including inventory management and vendor coordination.
  • Manage physical access systems, including access cards and visitor management, ensuring secure and compliant access control.
  • Provide logistical support for events hosted at company facilities, coordinating with internal teams for seamless delivery.
  • Support asset management by tracking office equipment and related resources, ensuring proper maintenance, usage, and compliance.


Subscription Management

  • Design and maintain processes for subscription management across platforms (Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.), including onboarding, offboarding, and license deactivation.
  • Conduct periodic license optimization reviews, reconcile costs with Finance, and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and other relevant teams to manage exception requests and ensure compliance with subscription policies.
  • Track renewals and contribute to long-term planning for subscription needs, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and cost-effectiveness.


Travel Desk Support (as needed)

  • Support domestic and international flight bookings, including group travel coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to travel policies and help refine travel processes for greater efficiency.
  • Maintain travel records, ensuring proper documentation of expenses and policy compliance.


Who You Are?

Ideally you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field or 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, travel coordination, or event management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different domains.
  • Familiarity with contract and insurance processes, subscription management, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfort with collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, or Zoom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on streamlining processes and proactively addressing operational challenges.
