Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Internal Auditor located in Bhuwneshwar Odisha. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, evaluating financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves performing financial audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating findings to management. The auditor will also work closely with other departments to implement necessary changes and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in preparing Audit Reports and performing Financial Audits Strong Analytical Skills and Financial expertise Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Familiarity with NBFCs and Microfinance sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CIA certification is an advantage Show more Show less
