Job Summary As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take charge of sophisticated design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. You’ll drive the design vision, lead a team, and oversee projects from the first sketch to the final styling. This is a leadership role for someone with exceptional design sensibility, project management skills, and a deep understanding of high-end interior detailing. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end interior design projects, from initial concept to final installation. Develop mood boards, space plans, and conceptual sketches. Create detailed design presentations, working drawings, and FF&E specifications. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing clear design direction and feedback. Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure project cohesion. Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and maintain design integrity. Collaborate closely with clients, managing expectations and presenting creative solutions. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while managing budgets and resources. Stay ahead of trends, materials, and industry best practices to enrich our design approach. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in high-end interior design. Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and technical proficiency. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, 3Ds Max and rendering software.
