Position: Sales Executive / Interior Designer

1. Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage walk-in and online leads for home interior projects.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable design and product options.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and client satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in interior sales or real estate preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

2. Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Create layouts, 3D renders, and material selections.
• Collaborate with the project team to deliver designs within timelines.
• Ensure design feasibility within client budgets.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 1–3 years of experience in residential interior design (Modular preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and client-friendly.
