Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary:

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion, managing client relationships, and guiding junior designers. The role requires strong design sensibility, project management skills, and a deep understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.
• Develop creative design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.
• Oversee site execution and provide design guidance during implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers and interns.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovative solutions in the industry.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial design.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, or Revit.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior design.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end interior projects independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,745.47 - ₹50,477.25 per month
