Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers while maintaining a high standard of quality and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute procurement strategies specific to interior fit-out projects. - Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for materials required for projects. - Review technical specifications and BOQs with design and execution teams. - Manage the purchase cycle from requirement identification to delivery at site. - Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Maintain knowledge of local market prices and material availability. - Track and monitor vendor performance and maintain updated vendor databases. - Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs. - Maintain stock levels by collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and project budgets. - Generate procurement reports and track cost savings achieved. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Civil, or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement within the interior fit-out or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of local market pricing, supplier networks, and industry trends. - Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities Posting and processing journal entries to accurately record all business transactions. Maintain accurate ledgers, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Performing monthly and quarterly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to resolve any discrepancies. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements, Vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies. Processing and inputting payroll expenses. Maintain a comprehensive petty cash book, meticulously recording every transaction.
