Associate Design Head (Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the design team to ensure technically sound and innovative design solutions.
• Handle high-level client escalations with confidence and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Review, validate, and approve technical and production drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless design-to-delivery coordination.
• Maintain design standards, ensure quality control, and optimize design processes for improved efficiency and output.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential, commercial, or retail sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of design principles, materials, production methods, and detailing.
• Proven experience in validating production drawings and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in managing client escalations.
• Proficient in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

• Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
• Ability to work cross-functionally with execution, factory, and on-site teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
