Project Manager – Finishes & Interiors (Commercial Projects)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior finishing works for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, ensure quality control, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and handle all aspects from contractual agreements to timely delivery. Strong communication and site management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works for commercial spaces including corporate offices, retail, and hospitality projects. Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Review, negotiate, and manage contract agreements with vendors and subcontractors. Attend Project Management Consultancy (PMC) meetings and represent project updates, challenges, and progress effectively. Ensure timely procurement and availability of finishing materials as per project schedules. Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Track project timelines, budgets, and workforce efficiency. Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure aligned service integration. Prepare and maintain reports, site logs, and documentation as per company protocols. Exhibit excellent spoken communication for client interactions, vendor coordination, and internal briefings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of finishing materials, detailing, and contract handling. Proven experience in attending PMC or client review meetings. Good understanding of contractual terms, vendor management, and billing process. Excellent spoken English and communication skills . Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD, and reporting software. Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
