Accountant (Retail/Interiors field)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preferred Experience:
• 3+ years experience is madatory
• Background in Retail Trade, Interior Projects/Construction, or Manufacturing sectors is mandatory
• Record and process journal entries to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all business transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including regular reconciliations.
• Perform monthly and quarterly ledger reconciliations.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.
• File monthly and quarterly GST returns and prepare E-way bills.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations such as TDS, Advance Tax, PF, Professional Tax, etc.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain product cost sheets for internal tracking and decision-making.
• Handle project accounting, including cost allocation and project-wise financial tracking.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
