Key Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field. 2–3 years of hands-on site experience, preferably in interiors, fit-outs, or construction. Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Good communication and coordination skills. Coordinate with designers, consultants, PMC teams, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Attend and represent the company in PMC/client review meetings , ensuring clear communication, alignment on progress, and resolution of issues. Develop and manage detailed project schedules , resource plans, and procurement timelines. Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality standards , and safety protocols . Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager with expertise in sourcing materials, finishes, and services for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and a solid understanding of timelines and budget constraints in project-based procurement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies specific to interior fit-out projects. Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for materials such as wood, laminates, lighting, hardware, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, modular furniture, etc. Review technical specifications and BOQs with the design and execution teams. Manage the purchase cycle from requirement identification to delivery at site. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market prices and availability of materials. Track and monitor vendor performance and maintain updated vendor databases. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs. Maintain stock levels by working with warehouse and logistics teams.
