Architect & Design Head - Commercial Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team in delivering innovative and functional commercial interior solutions.
• Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings aligned with project requirements and brand standards.
• Oversee space planning, material selection, and interior detailing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and execution teams to understand requirements and translate them into creative designs.
• Provide technical guidance and design direction throughout all project phases (concept to handover).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and feasibility checks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in commercial interiors.
• Mentor and develop the design team to maintain a high standard of creativity and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture .
• 10+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial interior projects (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and latest design trends.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in large-scale commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of project management and coordination.
• Innovative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
