Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects , ensuring delivery as per scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with designers, consultants, PMC teams, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Attend and represent the company in PMC/client review meetings , ensuring clear communication, alignment on progress, and resolution of issues. Develop and manage detailed project schedules , resource plans, and procurement timelines. Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality standards , and safety protocols . Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers , ensuring performance, timely delivery, and adherence to specifications. Track project costs , verify BOQs, approve variations, and ensure budget control. Conduct site inspections , review shop drawings, and lead problem-solving efforts during execution. Prepare and share project status reports with management and clients. Ensure proper handover documentation and project close-out procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 + years of experience in handling commercial interior projects (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.). Strong experience in coordinating with PMC teams and handling project documentation and compliance. Sound knowledge of fit-out materials, services coordination (HVAC, MEP) , and site execution standards. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera , and AutoCAD . Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously and lead teams effectively.
