Sales Associate - Modular Kitchen & Interiors

Key Responsibilities

• Close the leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in modular kitchens and interiors.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present customized design solutions.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, material options, and cost estimates to clients.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle negotiations, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and share insights with management.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in modular kitchen/interior sales.
• Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and modular interior solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle clients independently and deliver professional solutions.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or interior visualization tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
