Procurement Manager - Civil & Interiors

As a Procurement Manager for interior fit-out projects, you will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Your strong negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities will be essential in meeting project requirements within budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to interior fit-out projects. - Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for a wide range of materials including wood, laminates, lighting, hardware, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and modular furniture. - Collaborate with design and execution teams to review technical specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). - Oversee the purchase cycle from identifying requirements to ensuring on-time delivery at the project site. - Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers while upholding quality standards. - Stay informed about local market prices and material availability to make informed procurement decisions. - Monitor vendor performance and maintain updated vendor databases. - Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs and maintain adequate stock levels. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and project budgets. - Generate procurement reports and track cost savings achieved through efficient sourcing practices. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Civil, or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the interior fit-out or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of local market pricing, supplier networks, and industry trends. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
