Project Engineer - Interior fit outs

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. You will work closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. It will be your duty to verify material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely availability. Additionally, you will interpret drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications. Ensuring that all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards will also be a crucial part of your role. Providing regular updates to project managers and clients on progress and challenges will be essential. You will also maintain project records, site reports, and progress documentation. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Relevant experience in the field is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include experience in finishings, modular furniture, and interiors, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Excel, and at least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial or residential). A strong understanding of construction and interior drawings, materials, and finishing works is required. You should possess the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage timelines effectively, and have knowledge of project management tools and site safety regulations.
