Senior Instructional Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior Instructional Designer (8–10 Years Experience)

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about creating engaging, impactful digital learning experiences for adult learners and workforce development? We are looking for a seasoned Instructional Designer with 8–10 years of experience to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop learner-centered content for workforce development programs.

• Translate complex concepts into interactive and accessible learning materials.

• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and media teams to deliver high-quality courses.

• Develop content for multiple formats: self-paced learning, ILT, VILT, and microlearning.

• Leverage tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora, and work with LMS/CMS platforms.

• Apply UDL and WCAG guidelines to ensure inclusive learning experiences.

• Evaluate and enhance courses using learner feedback and analytics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Instructional Design, EdTech, or related field.

• 8–10 years of proven experience in adult learning and workforce training design.

• Strong expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles.

• Proficiency in authoring tools, SCORM, xAPI, and publishing standards.

• Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
