Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Instructional Designer

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and define learning objectives that align with organizational goals.
• Design and develop learning content including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of behavioral training programs.
• Create instructional materials, including courses, curriculum, student guides, and training manuals.
• Utilize LMS or similar platforms to deliver and manage training content, track learner progress, and assess learning outcomes.
• Create instructional materials such as manuals, job aids, and multimedia resources to support learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance instructional design workflows, personalize learning paths, and automate content generation.
• Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on educational best practices and technologies.
• Develop and distribute training-related communications, announcements, and promotional materials to raise awareness and encourage participation in training activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development, including expertise in learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences to promote learner engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools, graphic design, and video editing.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, personalization, or automation in instructional design (e.g., Gamma AI, Synthesia, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.).

Knowledge in Tools

• Authoring Tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, Articulate Rise, Camtasia (anyone)
• Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Express, VistaCreate (anyone)
• AI Tools: Gamma AI, Beautiful.ai, Synthesia, ChatGPT, Descript (anyone)
• Basic Productivity: MS Office Suite

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer (CID)
• Certifications in AI for Learning or related technologies (preferred but not mandatory)
