Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design engaging training programs using Articulate Storyline, ILT, and Instructional Design principles to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality course content that meets learner needs.
Develop interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company standards for branding, tone, and style in all designed materials.

Job Requirements :

6-12 years of experience in Instructional Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline software for developing interactive e-learning courses.
Strong understanding of ILT (Instructor-Led Training) methodologies and best practices.
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
