UniWings EduRoots is a vertical of our parent company - UniWings Education Private Limited, which is aiming to be the pioneer in providing FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy), SEL (Social Emotional Learning) and Vocational and Soft Skills in the Rural and Semi Urban Educational Institutes of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana We are looking to develop a learning module that aims to provide quality tools for children to access education across the two Telugu States, before expanding to other Areas. We are seeking candidates to join our Research and Development Team. In this capacity, you will support the team with a variety of tasks, including Research and Development of our training materials , conducting research on implementation, doing case studies on the field to assess the existing programmes. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in making a change to the current Educational System, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in developing innovative, low-cost, and replicable program models. This position aims to develop a programme module, both in printed and as an LMS format that will tremendously impact communication and foundational skills among the students and teachers from rural backgrounds, so that they can be more receptive towards learning in schools and improve their skills needed for employment or further education. Major Deliverables : Designing, planning, and implementing effective training curriculums. Creating and developing appropriate learning materials like presentations, handouts, case studies, practical assignments and self-assessment assignments Making detailed scalable strategies to organize and execute training workshops and classes Defining appropriate learning methodologies and approaches, content and evaluation strategy Updating training materials based on the needs of the learning group Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of students to create specialised training for them Documenting training progress and reporting it to the operations team Summarising learning outcomes and creating community outreach reports to show the learning outcomes to the key stakeholders such as parents and teachers.
