Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative AI Video Creation & Editing Expert to lead the development of fully AI-generated video content for a media company. The ideal candidate will be proficient with the latest AI tools, capable of generating scripts, creating videos, and providing multilingual voiceovers (Telugu & English). This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through AI, and eager to build next-gen content for digital and TV platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, script, and produce AI-generated video content for various formats: Childrens shows , animated content , historical reconstructions , and news-based content Use cutting-edge AI tools for video creation , editing, and enhancement, including but not limited to: Runway ML , Pika Labs , Veo (Veo 3) , Haulio , Descript , Synthesia , Colossyan , or other equivalent tools. End-to-end script-to-video creation using AI tools: AI script writing, AI avatars, voice generation, motion graphics, video editing Generate natural-sounding voiceovers in Telugu and English using AI or manual dubbing Collaborate with content and creative teams to brainstorm fresh ideas and create a content calendar Maintain high-quality output while working with fast turnarounds Stay on top of emerging AI tools and trends in video production Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in AI-driven video creation, editing, and voice generation Strong knowledge of tools like: Runway ML, Veo (by Google DeepMind), Pika Labs, Haulio, Descript, Synthesia, Colossyan, ElevenLabs, or other equivalent tools. Create & Edit: Produce videos optimized for platforms like YouTube (shorts, long-form), Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc Add engaging text overlays, transitions, effects, and sound design to make videos pop. Use AI Tools: Tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway ML, Descript, Synthesia, Pictory) for tasks like writing scripts, automated editing, voiceovers, text-to-video, etc. Optimize Content: Ensure videos are platform-specific (aspect ratios, captions, SEO-friendly titles/descriptions). Role & responsibilities Design and develop interactive workflows on the AR/3D platform tailored for service and sales teams. Assess training needs and customize training programs to meet the specific requirements of different teams and departments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees on the use of digital training tools and resources. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital learning and training technologies. Utilize your videography and editing skills to create visually appealing and informative video content that reinforces the purposes of the learning objectives. Facilitate preparation for training sessions, workshops, seminars, and service training videos. Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies into the training process to enhance learning outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Multimedia Production, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and delivering digital training programs. Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and 3D rendering). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience in precision/analytical instruments and services is a plus. Certification in instructional design, marketing, or training Knowledge of emerging digital learning trends and tools.
