As a Graphic Designer Senior Consultant at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients in aligning their business goals with organizational requirements while emphasizing user experience. You will work independently on design, visualization, and media development, ensuring the highest quality levels from conception to delivery. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the client team to understand needs, review scripts, design visual storyboards, and create and edit designs. - Developing mock-ups, graphics, wireframes, illustrations, and animations with a focus on infographics, data visualization, and interactive design. - Maintaining graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for projects. - Creating high-end cutting-edge designs for complex projects and new showcase demo samples. - Evaluating the effectiveness of design interventions in learning solutions and making recommendations for enhancements. - Building competency, mentoring, and coaching aligned media team members, driving reusability and other initiatives for self and team members. - Contributing to pursuits to develop training-related proposals and presentations for potential clients. - Developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables such as web-based learning, videos, interactive PDFs, webcasts, podcasts, and nano-learnings. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A bachelor's degree. - 8-12 years of experience in the creative field of learning, media, and communication. - A strong portfolio showcasing your best design work. - Fair knowledge of e-learning best practices, SCORM/AICC standards, and various rapid authoring tools. - Expertise in working across web, print, and digital for creative communication. - Strong attention to detail. Skills and attributes for success include strong analytical skills, ability to manage ambiguity, cross-cultural awareness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and harmoniously with a team. You should also have a strong command of the English language and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
