To excel in this role, you must have strong hands-on experience in media and graphic design tools, the ability to lead creative teams, manage production pipelines, understand eLearning development and interactive media, manage vendors, budgets, and timelines effectively, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and maintain compliance with firm standards and industry best practices.
