In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instructional design principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: eLearning Development : Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise . Course Creation : Convert existing content, such as PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or instructor-led materials, into digital learning formats. Visual Design : Use multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly courses. Interactivity : Develop interactive elements such as quizzes, assessments, scenarios, and branching logic to enhance learner engagement. Collaborate with SMEs : Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of courses to ensure compatibility, accessibility, and a seamless user experience on multiple platforms and devices. Course Maintenance : Update and maintain courses based on feedback or changes in content. SCORM Compliance : Ensure all courses are SCORM-compliant for seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Requirements Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise : At least 2 years of experience developing eLearning courses using both tools. Understanding of Instructional Design : Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Multimedia Skills : Basic graphic design and video editing skills to enhance course content (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Attention to Detail : Strong eye for design consistency, functionality, and user experience.

As an Enablement Specialist, you will be primarily required to work with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to develop enablement material and deliver training programs to empower our Customer Success colleagues. Implement theories and practices of Instructional Design to design and develop effective ILTs, WBTs, videos, infographics, playbooks, assessments, and learning paths for building desired skills and competencies within the Customer Success organization. Develop training and enablement material related to onboarding, product offerings, service offerings, strategic initiatives, and power skills. Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all enablement assets. Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement.\ Plan and facilitate live enablement sessions by partnering with SMEs to design the session, coordinate invites, conduct dry runs, host the session kickoff (welcome, house rules, handover), and support audience engagement, activities, and Q&A.\ Use a Learning Management System to upload and manage learning objects, create and assign courses and learning paths, and pull out completion reports. Responsibilities will include: Working with clients to understand their requirements and designing training materials to meet them. Leading Instructional Designers and subject matter experts across the content team to develop e-learning course content. Analysing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating online learning and support solutions based on the client requirements using different digital media appropriate to their needs. Working with Instructional Designers on instructional, graphic and assessment design across multiple learning project workflows simultaneously, within stipulated standards, resources, and deadlines. Displaying strong versatile creative writing skills and guiding the team to write for e-learning, animations, drama, printed materials etc. Running creative meetings to keep projects on-track. Designing for multiple delivery methods (HTML5, Storyline, Articulate Rise, PDF, Word, PPT). You should have: Must have skills Minimum of 4 years' experience in Instructional Design BA or equivalent experience Strong Creative Writing skils Strong views about how best to communicate information to a diverse audience An eye for good visual design Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English Speaking, Writing, Comprehension

The person needs to have demonstrated experience in the following areas: consulting experience with extreme comfort with ambiguity. experience in learning solutions consulting where the person is able to lead conversations with subject matter experts to uncover learning needs and develop a learning needs assessment experience in design and development of eLearning content experience with articulate rise, Articulate 360.
