**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and digital learning assets. Your role will involve defining content development standards, style guides, templates, and QC frameworks. Additionally, you will mentor and guide content developers, collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project managers, manage timelines, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality content. You will also oversee the implementation of accessibility and compliance standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend adoption for innovation in digital learning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end development of e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and digital learning assets. - Define content development standards, style guides, templates, and QC frameworks. - Mentor and guide content developers, ensuring adherence to instructional design principles and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Manage timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality content. - Oversee implementation of accessibility and compliance standards (WCAG, ADA, SCORM, xAPI). - Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/VR/AR) and recommend adoption for innovation in digital learning. - Perform final QC sign-offs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or related field. - 5-8 years of relevant experience in e-learning content development. - Strong expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.). - Proven track record in managing e-learning projects from concept to delivery. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent project management and communication skills. **About GlobalLogic:** GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner to the world's largest and most forward-thinking companies.
