Job Description

As a Graphic Designer Senior Consultant at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in graphic design by collaborating with client teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the client team to understand needs, review scripts, design visual storyboards, and create and edit designs independently. - Developing mock-ups, graphics, wireframes, illustrations, and animations while ensuring the highest quality levels. - Creating a portfolio of your work showcasing design capabilities and thought process. - Designing with a focus on infographics, data visualization, and interactive design to effectively communicate complex information. - Maintaining graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for projects. - Creating cutting-edge designs for complex projects and new showcase demo samples. - Ensuring the final product aligns with client needs and is delivered on time. - Building relationships with project stakeholders and team members. - Evaluating design interventions in learning solutions and making recommendations for enhancements. - Mentoring and coaching aligned media team members and driving reusability initiatives. - Contributing to training-related proposals and presentations for potential clients. - Developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables using rapid authoring tools and multimedia design tools. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A bachelor's degree. - 8-12 years of experience in the creative field of learning, media, and communication. - A strong portfolio showcasing your best design work. - Knowledge of e-learning best practices, SCORM/AICC standards, and rapid authoring tools. - Expertise in web, print, and digital creative communication. - Quick learning ability and attention to detail. Skills and attributes for success include: - Strong analytical skills. - Proactiveness in managing ambiguity. - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
