As a Senior Consultant Graphic Designer at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) practice, you'll be part of a team supporting clients in aligning their business goals with organizational requirements, with a core consideration for user experience. You will gain cross-functional, multi-industry, and global work experience to accelerate your career growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the client team to understand needs, review scripts, design visual storyboards, and create/edit designs. - Work independently on design, visualization, and media development from conception to delivery. - Develop mock-ups, graphics, wireframes, illustrations, and animations while ensuring high quality. - Maintain a portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and thought process. - Design infographics, data visualization, and interactive designs to effectively communicate complex information. - Emphasize teamwork and collaboration with other departments to ensure an effective design strategy. - Maintain graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for projects. - Create cutting-edge designs for complex projects and showcase demo samples. - Think about design from an accessibility and UI/UX perspective. - Ensure final products align with client needs and are delivered on time. - Solve problems in a diverse, multi-cultural environment with a result-oriented approach. - Create multimedia elements supporting learning such as videos, simulations, and games. - Evaluate design interventions in learning solutions and make enhancement recommendations. - Mentor and coach media team members, drive reusability, and contribute to training-related proposals for clients. - Develop various digital learning deliverables using rapid authoring tools and multimedia design tools. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree. - 8-12 years of experience in the creative field of learning, media, and communication. - Strong portfolio showcasing design work. - Knowledge of e-learning best practices, standards, learning design, and rapid authoring tools. - Expertise in web, print, and digital creative communication. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools. - Strong attention to detail. **Skills and Attributes:** - Strong analytical skills. - Proactive with ability to manage ambiguity. - Cross-cultural awareness. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in English, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
